These terms apply when you access or use Imposter, a mobile party word game for local group play.
Using the app
You may use Imposter for personal, non-commercial gameplay. You are responsible for using the app lawfully and respectfully with the people you play with.
Gameplay content
The app may show curated, translated, or AI-generated words and clues. Generated content can vary and may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a specific group. Stop using any round content that does not fit your setting.
Acceptable use
Do not use the app to harass others, create hateful or illegal content, abuse backend services, bypass rate limits, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or interfere with service availability.
Ownership
Imposter, including its branding, interface, game structure, and original materials, belongs to its owner or licensors. These terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.
Availability
The app and generation services may change, pause, or stop at any time. Some features may require network access and may not work during outages, maintenance, or provider issues.
No warranties
Imposter is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the app is provided without warranties of any kind, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Imposter and its owner will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the app changes. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the updated terms.
